How to merge multiple survey reports? Example

Survey text format:
Question must be prefixed with "Q:" and answer must be prefixed with "A:". Do not use ":" and "|" symbols in your question and answers text. Also do not use blank lines. There is no limit on number of questions and number of answers.
Survey text example:

Q: Whats your favourite color ?
A: Red
A: Black
A: Blue
A: Green
Q: Whats your favourite fast food center ?
A: McDonalds
A: Subway
A: TacoBell
A: Chipotle
Q: Whats your vehicle color ?
A: Blue
